Construction Foreman

BST Timber & Trucking is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to run our crew on water and sewer pipe jobs, roadway construction, and curb pouring around the greater Baton Rouge area. If you know how to run a job site and keep a crew moving, we want to talk to you. *What You'll Be Doing:* * Running construction projects from start to finish * Deciding on the best methods and approach for each job * Operating equipment like excavators, bulldozers, and tractors * Reading blueprints, setting base, and establishing grade * Leading a crew of 3–5 guys and keeping communication clear *What We Need From You:* * Experience running heavy equipment * Comfortable reading blueprints and setting base/grade * Hands-on experience laying water and sewer pipe * You understand how a construction project comes together, start to finish * You're organized, you show up on time, and you can lead a crew * Able to work weekends and travel around the Greater Baton Rouge area (Tangipahoa, EBR, Ascension, Livingston) * Bonus points if you've laid curb or spread soil cement before *Pay & Benefits:* * Pay based on your experience and qualifications Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
