Service Delivery Support Co-op

Job Description We are currently hiring Service Desk Support Co-op Boston MA. This is a six-month co-op position is from July - December 2026.The Service Desk Support co-op participates in daily operations of the service desk; providing customer support and technical support, and escalation to senior support of service incidents. Additionally, the co-op will collaborate with IT service delivery team, update and create documentation within ticketing system, and participate in continuous improvement activities. They will use a combination of technical support, and customer service skills to deliver high-quality support and purpose-fit technologies with consumer-inspired experiences. What You'll Brew:Respond to, triage, and resolve common IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Triage and Escalate non-routine IT service requests and incidents to senior service delivery coworkers Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a professional, and helpful demeanor always. Maintain documentation in ticketing system of troubleshooting and resolution steps taken Maintaining asset management processes for hardware and software through receiving and organizing equipment Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and IT security standards. Other duties as assigned. Minimum QualificationsBasic IT Troubleshooting/knowledgeKnowledge of Windows Operating SystemsWillingness to learnOffice 365 troubleshooting a bonusIn accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
