This 7 on / 7 off schedule offers an exceptional work-life balance, allowing providers to enjoy up to 182 days off per year while delivering essential mental health services.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide direct patient care, including medication management and therapeutic interventionsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and coordinated patient careMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plansRequirements:Board-certified PMHNP with active and unrestricted licensureStrong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient careHighlights:7/7 schedule offering approximately 182 days off annuallyLicense and DEA reimbursement providedMalpractice coverage includedOpportunities for additional income through outpatient telehealth servicesEqual Opportunity Employer:We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
