A company is looking for a Senior Engineer, Interconnection. Key Responsibilities Support and lead interconnection activities throughout the development and construction life cycle of projects Review transmission system analysis and prepare interconnection requests while coordinating with internal and external parties Lead project due diligence efforts and assist in the completion of deliverables required by transmission owners Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field 30 months of experience in renewable or traditional energy development Experience with dynamic modeling, load flow, and stability analysis using tools like SIEMENS-PSSE and PSLF Proficiency in preparing high-value reports and interconnection packages using PSS/E and Microsoft Visio Familiarity with Open Access Transmission Tariffs and Generator Interconnection Procedures for various utilities
