Job Summary
This position will report directly to the Controller, with a primary focus of managing site Bill of Materials (BOMs) in the companys ERP system. This includes conducting cost reviews, working with site teams to cost new products, and reviewing financials for accuracy. The role will also support Finance & manufacturing teams with the setup of new SKUs and other ad‑hoc analysis as required.
Job Location
This is a hybrid role based out of Quakertown, PA.
Job Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include monthly & annual BOM reviews with a high level of accuracy & integrity, and supporting Site Management & Plant Operations with improvement efforts through in‑depth analysis of BOMs & standard costs. The role will also work closely with the Controller to complete various month‑end processes, Fixed Asset maintenance, inventory control & accuracy, and review of daily transactions.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of cost‑accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is helpful but not required.
General knowledge of ERP systems.
Very strong Excel skills are critical, with the ability to navigate existing spreadsheets a plus.
Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to navigate different connecting systems & programs fluidly.
Comfortable learning in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong independent work ethic and ability to complete tasks.
Excellent attention to detail.
Some minimal travel may be required.
Hybrid (office/remote) work is possible after initial training.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
May require long periods of computer time.
