In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the office, assist with a wide range of clerical duties, and support various departments to ensure efficient office function and excellent communication.Key Responsibilities of Office Administrative Assistant :Assist the office with responsibilities including payment reconciliation, accounts receivables, customer communication, and scheduling installation dates for clientsOversee the customer experience by coordinating effectively with the Senior Production Manager and Installation teams to ensure installation objectives are achievedManage the collection of customer payments and promptly follow up on any outstanding balancesDemonstrate comfort and proficiency in making a high volume of outbound phone calls to customersAssist with other support functions as needed. Details:Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMCompetitive hourly rate commensurate with experience starting at $25.00+ RequirementsRequirements of Office Administrative Assistant:1-3 years of experience in an office, administrative or assistant roleHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionallyPositive attitude and ability to work well independently and in a teamExperience with ERP or CRM systems is a plusKnowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)Benefits 401(k) with matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
