Construction Project Manager

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, manage project teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, cost control, and team leadership will drive project success and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about managing large-scale construction initiatives with precision and enthusiasm. *Duties* * Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. * Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities. * Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenses, and implementing cost control measures utilizing HeavyBid or equivalent estimating tools. * Oversee construction site operations to ensure safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints such as Civil 3D drawings. * Monitor progress through regular site visits, schedule updates, and performance reports; adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. * Lead project teams by managing subcontractors and internal staff; foster effective communication and teamwork across all levels of the project. * Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols. * Review contracts and change orders; negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project outcomes. * Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily logs, incident reports, inspection records, and progress reports for transparency and accountability. *Skills* * Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Proven ability in construction estimating, cost management, scheduling coordination, and project budgeting. * Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, blueprint reading (schematics), and contract administration. * Demonstrated success managing teams in a construction management role on large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects. * Excellent project leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail. * Skilled in managing complex infrastructure projects from initial planning through completion with a focus on quality assurance. * Effective time management skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines. * Deep understanding of construction site operations including safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
