If you enjoy working collaboratively, tailoring treatment plans, and supporting patients through recovery, this role offers a meaningful and rewarding opportunity.What You'll DoPerform comprehensive evaluations of musculoskeletal and neurological functionDevelop individualized treatment plans and set achievable goalsProvide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, and functional mobility trainingEducate patients and families on home programs and assistive devicesReassess progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with PTAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team membersMaintain accurate documentation and participate in discharge planningStay current with best practices through continuing educationSupport quality improvement initiatives and departmental operations What You BringStrong clinical knowledge and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and patient-education abilitiesAbility to work effectively with diverse patient populationsPelvic health experience preferred (or willingness to pursue certification)State PT license (or eligibility)
