Speech Language Pathologist in Hope Mills, NC

Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available supporting elementary, middle, and high school students within a public school setting in Hope Mills, NC. This contract role runs from August 13, 2025, through May 27, 2027, with an expected 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. The caseload includes a diverse group of students across multiple grade levels, providing opportunities to make a meaningful impact on student communication development.Key Qualifications:Active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required; candidates with out-of-state licenses will be considered if they can obtain NC licensure by June or July.Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.Experience working in school settings with varying student populations.Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working alongside educators and families.Willingness to work onsite only; virtual or hybrid arrangements are not available.Open to candidates willing to travel for this contract opportunity.Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff.Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.Maintain accurate documentation following school district and state guidelines.Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.Location: Hope Mills, North Carolina onsite role with no virtual or hybrid option.This contract offers a chance to contribute to student success in a dynamic school environment focused on comprehensive developmental support.
