*Job Overview*
We are seeking a reliable and motivated *Construction Laborer *to support field operations. This role involves a mix of physical labor, equipment operation, and basic mechanical installation skills in industrial environments.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, works well in a team, and is comfortable traveling extensively for project work.
*Key Responsibilities*
· *Site Preparation: *Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
· *Installation Support*: Perform construction and installation tasks in industrial and commercial settings
· *Equipment Operation: *Safely use ladders, aerial lifts, and job-site equipment
· *Tool Usage: *Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
· *Material Handling: *Load, unload, and move materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs)
· *Troubleshooting: *Assist with identifying and resolving basic mechanical or wiring issues
· *Travel: *Work on projects across regional and national job sites as required
· *Attention to detail*
*Qualifications & Skills*
· *Experience:* Prior construction or general labor experience preferred
· *Physical Strength:* Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
· *Mechanical Aptitude: *Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and installation processes
· *Problem-Solving: *Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor field issues
· *Travel Flexibility:* Willingness to travel.
· *Driver's License:* Valid license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
