Registered Behavior Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a Spanish speaking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary focus will be to provide support and education to clients and their families, fostering positive behavioral changes through evidence-based practices. Family is requesting Mon-Fri 9-1 Duties Implement individualized care plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Collect and document data on client progress and behavior changes accurately and consistently. Educate clients and their families about behavioral techniques and strategies to encourage skill development. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards in all interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health and special education. Requirements Must be Fluent in Spanish Must have a Registered Behavior Technician certification or be willing to obtain it. Familiarity with care plans, behavioral therapy techniques, and working with individuals on the autism spectrum is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and families about behavioral strategies. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Prior experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus. Commitment to ethical practices in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines.
