Product Manager, Digital Orthopedic Trauma SolutionsLocation: West Chester, PA (Hybrid)OverviewOur Client is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Orthopedic Trauma Solutions, to support their digital Trauma portfolio. This role will own the strategy, discovery, development, and continuous improvement of software-enabled digital solutions that enhance surgical workflows and clinical outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy, roadmap, and long-term growth of assigned digital products within the Trauma portfolio.Lead customer discovery with surgeons, OR staff, and clinical partners to identify unmet needs.Define and prioritize opportunities that drive clinical value, user adoption, and business impact.Partner cross-functionally with engineering, UX, clinical, quality, regulatory, and marketing teams.Own outcome measurement, including usage, adoption metrics, and OKRs.Support launch readiness and drive post-launch iteration based on real-world learning.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Digital, Engineering, or related fields.Experience working on digital or software-enabled products preferred.Strong customer discovery, problem definition, and prioritization skills.Ability to operate in ambiguity and influence cross-functional teams.Experience in regulated, healthcare, or medtech environments is a plus.Work EnvironmentHybrid role based in West Chester, PA
