Serving Billings, Montana, central Montana, and Northern Wyoming communities.DescriptionA Store Associate contributes to the success of Zest by ensuring the storefront is well-stocked, organized, and clean, as well as processing and shipping online orders.This role is full time at an estimated 32 hours per week. We require general availability Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m with exceptions for appointments and travel as needed.Job ResponsibilitiesPower our online order fulfillment from start to finishCommunicate clearly and kindly with online customersKeep product flowing to the floor through restocking and organizingRefresh displays and maintain a clean, welcoming storeMove backstock to basement and other physical tasks throughout the dayPitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothlyEssential RequirementsAbility to communicate clearly and work cooperatively with coworkers and customersAbility to remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 3 hours at a time)Ability to move throughout the store and storage areas to assist customers and retrieve merchandiseAbility to reach, grab, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to stock, organize, and retrieve productsAbility to safely ascend and descend ladders to access merchandiseAbility to use a computer, POS system, keyboard, mouse, and merchandise scannersRegular, reliable, and predictable attendanceAbility to repeatedly lift and move merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds, including carrying items up and down stairs multiple times per dayRelevant Work Experience6 months to 1 year retail sales experience is preferred, however this is a flexible position and we're ready and willing to train the right candidate!Benefits (eligible after 3 months):Paid sick leaveEmployee discount401k match up to 4%Flexible and supportive work environment.Candidates interested in working full-time (32 hours per week) will also qualify for health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.Salary
