She requires 24/7 care, and we currently have multiple part-time openings across morning, afternoon, and overnight hours.This is a meaningful opportunity to support a single client in a consistent, comfortable home environment.Available Part-Time Positions1. Overnight DSP (Part-Time)Shifts Available: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 11pm - 7AM Weekend Mornings & Afternoon DSP (Part-Time)Shifts Available: Saturday: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm Sunday: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm Weekday Morning DSP (Part-Time)Shifts Available: Tuesday: 7am–3pm Wednesday: 7am–3pmAbout The RoleAs a DSP, you will provide individualized support that helps the client live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. This includes personal care, mobility assistance, supervision, and engagement in daily routines.Key Responsibilities Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development Assist with recreational and community activities Follow treatment plans and document progress Provide companionship and respite care Submit documentation and payroll on time Participate in ongoing training Assist with personal care and mobility needs Work independently in a home settingWhat We’re Looking For Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD Ability to work independently and responsibly Valid driver’s license and active car insurance Comfortable with personal care and behavioral support At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background checks Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfersCompensation & Benefits $20.00–$25.00 per hour $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates Weekly pay Flexible scheduling Paid onboarding Medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) options (based on hours worked)Signing Bonus Details $333 after 90 days (minimum 20 hours/week) $333 after 6 months (minimum 20 hours/week) $334 after 1 year (minimum 20 hours/week)Bonus not available for Residential Services or Relative as Provider (RAP) hires.
