Assistant Operations Manager

Position OverviewSound Screening and Collection Services is seeking an organized, adaptable, and people-focused Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee daily processes and operations. This role is central to maintaining productivity, ensuring service quality, and supporting both employees and clients. Primary DutyOversee Sound Screening & Sound Collections' processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality across all services and products. Communicate regularly with leadership regarding projects, priorities, processes, and operational matters.Key ResponsibilitiesInspire and motivate employees through supportive coaching and trainingManage general office operations and administrative functionsAssist with recruiting, training, and employee engagement initiativesOversee client onboarding, training, and recertification processesSupport screening staff as a back-up production assistant when neededCoordinate reporting to TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian on behalf of Sound CollectionsSkills & QualificationsStrong "big picture" thinking and problem-solving abilityExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and shift between projects efficientlyStrong organizational and operational awarenessLeadership mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approachDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvementWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, improving processes, and helping teams perform at their best.Schedule:Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
