CRH operates with a decentralized, diversified structure, letting you work in a small company environment while having the career opportunities of a large enterprise.Position OverviewManages the full-cycle AP process with support staff, ensuring timely vendor payments and compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX). This position will lead the AP staff, overseeing invoice processing, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies. Excellent customer service and support to external and internal operations is an important component of this position. This includes customer phone calls, inquiries, and research. Join us and play an integral part as we stand together to reinvent the way our world is built.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam leadership through hiring, training, mentoring and reviewing the performance of AP staffMaintain effective interpersonal/communication skillsDirecting daily operationsManage month end close responsibilities and deadlinesAP reconciliationsProcess improvements to improve efficiency and reduce invoice-to-pay cyclesVendor relationsVendor set ups and verificationsApprove daily accounts payable batchesEnsure data accuracyOther duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration would be ideal3-5+ years’ experience in accounts payable with supervisory/lead roleProficiency with ERP systems (SAP would be a plus)MS Excel skillsStrong attention to detail, leadership skills, analytical problem solving and effective communicationThe ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently.
