This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.You will play a key role in the production of custom cabinetry, working with a team that values precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and assemble custom and semi-custom cabinetry to specificationRead and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and production plansOperate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficientlyInstall and work with common cabinetry hardware and componentsEnsure all products meet company quality standards before completionManage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlinesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively with team members and leadership on project statusFollow all safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first cultureQualifications & RequirementsExperience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking productionAbility to read and execute from shop prints and technical drawingsProficiency with woodworking tools, machinery, and fabrication processesStrong understanding of cabinetry hardware and installation techniquesAbility to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the dayStrong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and ability to meet production deadlinesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay: $17.50 – $20.00/hourHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offStable, full-time Monday through Friday scheduleOpportunity to work on high-end, custom projectsSupportive team environment focused on craftsmanship and growthWork Environment & ScheduleSchedule: Monday to FridayPay Frequency: Bi-weekly or twice monthlyWork Location: In-person (Phoenix, AZ)Industry: Manufacturing / Custom Cabinetry
