Our Entertainment client is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. This role is fully onsite 5 days a week in Burbank, CA. Some weekend and late night hour flexibility may be required. Role SummaryThe Studio Production Coordinator is an entry-level role supporting live and taped sports studio productions. This role is responsible for maintaining the master studio facilities schedule across all sports programming and providing day-of-show production support. The coordinator plays a key role in communication, planning, and execution to ensure smooth studio operations. Top Must Have SkillsAt least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced production environmentHands-on experience with production tools such as Movie Magic Scheduling and Movie Magic BudgetingStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365Experience using Teams and Zoom for daily communication and coordinationExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAdditional QualificationsPassion for filmmaking, television production, or the movie making processStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in live production environmentsResponsibilitiesSupport live and taped studio productions by handling show day needs such as sourcing last-minute props, coordinating catering deliveries, and managing runner teamsProvide in-studio production support and take detailed notes on any issues during shows to share with the production operations teamMaintain and update the master schedule for all sports studio propertiesCommunicate schedule updates and changes to production operations, technical operations, and crewing teamsDistribute daily production schedules and crew informationMaintain the overall scheduling of control rooms, studios, and support spaces for all sports programmingCollaborate closely with production, technical, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely information flowIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
