It’s exciting times to be at stow!Location: Adairsville, GALocation:Adairsville, United StatesJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities / TasksThe employee receives production priorities and instructions from operators and supervisors (via verbal communication and SharePoint), as well as unloading instructions from the logistics office.Follow ERP instructions indicating which coil to place on which machinePosition coils on machinesStrap and remove coil remnants and record them in SAPUnload coil trucksClear the slitting line output tableStack coils by type and supplier in designated locationsFollow supervisor instructions to improve processes and prevent damage or complaintsAdapt to changing work prioritiesPrepare, move, store, and unload materials within required timeframesMaintain cleanliness and organizationUnpack coils and dispose of wasteComply with environmental standardsEnsure quality and stability of coil stackingFollow and enforce safety rulesReport all activities in end-of-shift documentation for performance trackingSupport colleagues as neededSeparate rejected/blocked coils from usable stockParticipate in inventory and cycle countsConduct 5S audits according to proceduresQualificationsKnowledge & Skills RequirementsKnowledge of warehouse layout (coil locations)Product knowledgeWarehouse operations knowledgeAbility to use scanning systemsAbility to operate a forklift (valid license required)Overhead crane certificationSAP knowledge (transactions to track production by machine)Additional InformationWhat do we offer you?
