Here, you'll find a workplace where positivity, support, and teamwork are always on the menu.Position SummaryThe Busser supports the front-of-house team by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting servers, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role is essential for keeping the restaurant floor running smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesClear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests.Remove dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.Arrange tables and chairs upon guest's departure.Sweeps around and under each table/chair upon guests' departure.Cleans highchairs and booster seats. Remove seats from tables when not in use.Cleans handrails and steps on a regular basis. Ensures areas are free of hazards.Completes all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.Refill water glasses and assist servers with beverage or food delivery when needed.Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations.Set tables with proper utensils, napkins, and other necessary items.Restock server stations with supplies such as silverware, napkins, condiments, and glassware.Support servers by responding promptly to guest needs and special requests.Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required.Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and efficiently.Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
