And while we realize that it's no easy feat to strive for greatness consistently, we also know that only the most passionate and competitive chefs are eager to rise to the challenge.As a Chef de Cuisine at Boqueria, you will be responsible for ensuring that Boqueria's culinary offerings consistently exceed guest expectations with a primary focus on maintaining impeccable food quality in accordance with brand standards. The CDC is responsible for curating par levels for ordering and managing inventory with an eye for ingredient excellence, ensuring every dish reflects a dedication to quality.
