**Job Summary and Responsibilities****Sign on bonus: $5,000****Educational Assistance (loan forgiveness): $10,000**+ Conducts therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and family and/or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals+ Refers and collaborates with care team, other agencies, and significant others having a joint interest in meeting the needs of the patient+ Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in assigned program**Job Requirements**+ Master's Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work+ Must have an active license in Nebraska: LIMHP+ BLS (Basic Life Support) required**Where You'll Work**A 64-bed adult psychiatric facility, Lasting Hope Recovery Center is a place of healing. All of the rooms are private. At Lasting Hope Recovery Center, patients find comfort and a team of caring professionals working for them. Often, mental illness and substance abuse occur at the same time. CHI Health Lasting Hope Recovery Center offers an entire range of treatment and prevention services to meet the needs of patients experiencing both challenges.
