Service Technician (Field Maintenance) Location: Sacramento Region (Travel Required) Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (Direct Hire) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM + On-Call Rotation Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Service Technician to perform general maintenance and repair work at commercial client locations throughout the Sacramento region. This is a field-based role requiring strong troubleshooting skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple service requests. This position includes an on-call rotation and may require occasional evenings or weekends. What We Offer Company vehicle, tools, and gas card provided Tool reimbursement available (if needed) Direct hire opportunity 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Duties & Responsibilities Travel to multiple commercial sites to complete maintenance and repair work Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across various building systems Perform general repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting Install and replace equipment, fixtures, and components as needed Complete service requests efficiently and within assigned timelines Accurately document work performed and submit service reports Communicate job status and updates with dispatch and supervisors Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition Provide professional, customer-focused service at all times Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications 1+ years of general maintenance or service technician experience preferred Experience in multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a field environment Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders Valid driver’s license required Work Environment Field-based role servicing commercial properties Travel throughout the Sacramento region Fast-paced, hands-on work environment Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Application Question(s): How many years of hands-on experience do you have performing general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) in a commercial or field-based environment?
