Customer Relations Specialist - Lafayette
Overview:
The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.
Position is part-time 10-15 hours per week, year-round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the workforce or seeking a second job. We are looking for weekend coverage with an occasional shift during the week. *Shifts and hours are subject to change.
We offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:
Welcomes our members.
Answers questions.
Gives tours.
Helps individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift.
Customer Service and Sales Experience.
Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful.
Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency).
Intermediate computer skills required.
