This is a **contract-to-hire opportunity** offering the chance to gain hands-on experience supporting quality operations in a laboratory and warehouse environment.**Key Responsibilities**- Aseptically sample incoming raw materials for chemistry and microbial verification in accordance with established procedures.- Inspect raw material containers and packaging components to verify correct labeling, color, artwork, product identification, certification documentation, and absence of damage.- Perform incoming material inspections to ensure materials meet required specifications and quality standards.- Record sampling and testing data accurately and determine whether materials should be approved or placed on hold.- Generate nonconformance reports and communicate quality concerns to internal teams and suppliers as needed.- Request and review supplier certificates of analysis and documentation to verify compliance.- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.- Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.**Qualifications**- **Associate's or Bachelor's degree** in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field preferred (other technical degrees considered).- **1-2 years of experience** in a laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or warehouse quality environment preferred.- Strong **attention to detail** and ability to follow established quality procedures and specifications.- Effective **communication, documentation, and organizational skills** .- Ability to work in a **fast-paced laboratory and warehouse environment** while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.INDBHWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
