This is a hands-on leadership role focused on cyber incident management, customer engagement, threat containment, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Incident Response analysts during active security incidentsServe as the primary customer-facing lead during investigations and crisis situationsCoordinate incident triage, containment, eradication, and recovery effortsDeliver executive-level communications, incident briefings, and post-incident reportingDrive operational readiness, process improvement, and collaboration across security teamsQualifications5+ years of experience in Incident Response, or DFIRStrong knowledge of ransomware, cloud, identity, and enterprise attack investigationsExcellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience leading remote teams in high-pressure environmentsProficient with EDR, SIEM, threat intelligence, and forensic investigation toolsGIAC, GCFA, GCIH, CISSP, or similar certificationsPreferredExperience in consulting or managed security services environmentsMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled
