LATAM UX/UI Designer

What we're looking for We're looking for a talented LATAM-based UX/UI Designer who can bring ideas to life through high-quality, production-ready design. You have a strong eye for visual detail and a solid foundation in UX, enabling you to translate wireframes, concepts, and product direction into polished, build-ready assets. Comfortable working within an established design system and strategic framework, you collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are both beautiful and feasible to implement. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of your work, and are confident delivering consistent, high-quality outputs across game experiences and digital platforms. Responsibilities Deliver detailed UX flows, screen designs, and interaction specifications across platform surfaces and game modules Produce build-ready assets and design documentation for the engineering team Work within and extend the established design system, ensuring consistency across all surfaces Partner closely with the Game Engineer and Front End Engineer to ensure designs are implemented faithfully and performantly Adapt designs for cross-device compatibility within the client's app experience Leverage AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate production and iteration Participate in sprint reviews and QA to validate design fidelity in the live build Qualifications 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing production-ready digital or game experiences Strong portfolio of shipped consumer-facing product design (web or mobile) Experience delivering production design in an agile, sprint-based environment Proficiency in Figma Experience working in AI-forward design workflowsComfortable working within an existing design direction set by a senior designer Experience designing for games, gamification, or engagement-driven products is a plus English proficiency B2 or higher What's in It for You Fully remote — work from anywhere Benefits — PTO and other perks depending on the client Work with US-based companies building exciting, impactful products Join collaborative, high-performance teams that value your input and expertise If you're a UX/UI Designer who thrives on solving complex challenges, delivering elegant solutions, and working with talented teams around the world, we'd love to hear from you.
