Self-schedule!!!!Available Shift: 10p-6a Rotating Schedule F/T or P/TWhat You Bring to the Table:Essential ResponsibilitiesEvaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records.Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments.Prepares and administers medication and treatments.Consults with physicians.Receives and records orders as required.RequirementsQualificationsCurrent Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenseCurrent/active CPR certification preferredLong-term care experience preferredOther QualificationsHas not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.What We Bring to the Table:At CommCare, we don't just care for our residents - we care for our team.
