Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business and system requirements with stakeholders and SMEsPerform data mapping and data modeling (must-have)Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documentationAnalyze workflows, business processes, and system improvementsWork in Agile environment and support full SDLC lifecycleConduct data analysis, research, and solution recommendationsMaintain project status, risks, and reporting updatesRequired Skills:Strong experience in Data Mapping and Data Modeling (mandatory)Business Analysis experience across SDLC phasesAgile methodology experienceTools: Azure DevOps / TFS / JiraStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with process mapping, data analysis, and documentation
