As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent working remotely , you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business. #Our TTEC Remote CX team has 36 preferred residency states. We are currently not hiring from the following geographies: Residents of Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Washington, .Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.Answer incoming communications from customersConduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issuesSome upselling of products or services to existing customers may be requiredActive Property and Casualty License~6 months or more of customer service experience~ Computer experience~ Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) An inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouragedBase pay of $20.50 per hour plus performance bonus opportunitiesAnd we have a healthy benefits package based on your position that could include PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives.We're committed to helping you build the skills and confidence to succeed, from day one and throughout your career. Your training experience includes engaging, instructor‐led online sessions that use both webcam video and audio, so you can connect visually with trainers, leaders, and fellow teammates.
