Collaboration is not a buzzword here; it is how we win.About the RoleAs a Strategic Engagement Manager, you will partner with a Global Account Manager to grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. You will translate client R&D priorities into impactful, multi-year solution engagements while supporting renewal, expansion, and new business opportunities. This role focuses on building trusted relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes across complex global accounts.ResponsibilitiesPartner with a Global Account Manager to develop and execute multi-year account engagement strategiesBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including R&D and innovation leadersIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities across enterprise accountsSupport renewal and expansion efforts to drive total business growth year over yearTranslate client priorities into tailored solution proposals aligned with business outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, consulting, and customer successMaintain a coordinated, account-wide approach to engagement and value deliveryContribute to shared account insights, planning, and continuous improvement across the teamRequirementsExperience managing enterprise-level accounts and delivering business growthAbility to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholdersExperience in solution-based selling within complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsStrong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunitiesEffective collaboration skills across diverse teams and functionsConfidence in engaging and influencing senior decision-makersAbility to translate customer needs into clear, outcome-focused solutionsStrong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skillsWork in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
