Application Support Analyst
Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of application support experience in casino gaming (IGT preferred)
Exposure to gaming platforms and technologies (CMS, slots, tables, cage) and vendor support/escalations
Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (SOX/PCI/GCB or similar)
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Preferred: ITIL or relevant IT support certifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Level 2 support for gaming-related applications, ensuring minimal downtime and timely resolution
Triage and resolve incidents, escalate when needed, and maintain accurate ticket notes/knowledge articles
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to investigate issues and drive fixes to completion
Perform application testing to validate changes and system stability
Maintain SOPs and technical documentation; ensure activities align with security and regulatory standards
