Clinical Program ManagerThe Clinical Program Manager is responsible for providing all clinical services for the agency's Vector Point program. In addition, the Clinical Program Manager assists in the administration and evaluation of clinical services and training activities associated with Foster Care and Adoption program in accordance with Agency and licensing standards and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesConducts clinical assessments and evaluations to implement interventions of clients servedCollect and review data/documentation of clients served to identify trends/patterns that assist with clinical assessments and interventionsLead collaborative efforts and activities with the interdisciplinary and treatment teams, staff, and medical and non-medical providers to ensure all youth are receiving the quality of services needed to meet their individual treatment and behavior plansRespond to escalated youth, parents, families, community partners, and professional service providers in a timely mannerProvide psychoeducation for youth and families to address mental health needsProvide emergency evaluation for youth, parents, and families in crisis and facilitate referral to more intensive levels of treatment or alternative solutions that cannot be handled onsiteFollows and participates in program quality improvement efforts, such as children, caregivers, and family satisfactionServe as an advocate for foster care and adoption services by recommending program improvements and enhancements to meet the youth treatment plan goalsDesign and develop treatment protocols that can advance youth, parents, and family care and needs and apply consistency throughout the programEnsure client plans of service include clinical soundness, measurable objectives, and comply with established policies, procedures, licensing standards, and federal, state, and local regulatory agenciesParticipate as a member of the treatment team to design, develop, and implement new programs or clinical servicesParticipate in discharge planning for youthResearch evidenced-based models and instruments that can improve outcomes of youthMonitor metrics to ensure all program operations and outcomes are completed to meet accreditation standardsMonitor and ensure all clinical and medical documentation requirements are being followed according to Agency policy and licensing and regulatory standardsKeep accurate and up-to-date quantitative data on program services provided to youth and familiesUsing statistical data to provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports of clinical outcomes, personnel costs, operating costs, residential placement, and dischargeCollaborate closely with Research and Strategy Department on special projectsMeet with key stakeholders and community leaders to bring about awareness and provide community educationDevelop and maintain positive strong working relationships with the interdisciplinary and treatment teams, youth, foster parents and families, professional service providers, and community partners, while always maintaining boundariesWork as a team player and exhibit professional behavior and a positive attitude with both internal and external clients that reflect positively on the Agency and is consistent with Agency policies and practicesActively participate in exhibiting cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with children, parent(s)/guardian(s), staff, and the communityQualificationsMinimum QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or closely related fieldLMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCThree (3) years direct individual and group counseling experienceStrong clinical skills with the ability to manage all clinical aspects of program services and activitiesStrong and effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing prioritiesAbility to apply sound judgement when making decisionsStrong people and interpersonal skills with the ability to work and interact with diverse groups of people and build strong working relationshipsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookBilingual Spanish and English based on service populationPreferred QualificationsExperience providing behavioral health services to clients who have experienced abuse and/or neglectTravelThis position may be required to travel up to 5%Perks at UpbringCompetitive PTO & paid holidaysHealth, dental, vision insurance & more403(b) PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounted Gym MembershipsPhysical Demands & Work ConditionsThis position requires sitting and looking and using a computer for long periods of timePosition has constant exposure to childrenPosition requires frequent standing and walkingLift, push, pull, move up to 25 lbs.The physical requirements for this position with or without reasonable accommodation are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position successfully.
