In this role, you will design, develop, and implement scalable applications across both front-end and back-end components. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle—from concept through deployment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver modern, high-quality software solutions.Our development teams embrace modern engineering practices, including the use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase developer productivity.Core ResponsibilitiesLeverage AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor, to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and other development activities.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure front-end and back-end application components.Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end engineers to deliver intuitive user experiences and efficient API integrations.Build and maintain applications using modern frameworks such as React (front-end) and Microsoft .NET/C# (back-end).Contribute to system architecture discussions, ensuring maintainable, scalable, and performant design patterns.Support continuous integration, deployment, and code review processes to ensure high code quality and consistency.What We ValueHands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar development tools.Comfort adopting AI-assisted development practices and emerging coding tools to improve development speed, productivity, and software quality.Strong proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#, and database technologies including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL.Proven experience in front-end development using React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and component-based architecture.Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, or serverless/Lambda-based architectures.Ability to contribute effectively across the full stack and throughout the software development lifecycle.Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development or related technologies.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with a passion for innovation and staying current with modern technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.A customer-focused mindset with a strong drive to deliver business value.Experience A PlusHands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar development tools.DevOps experience, including build, release, and deployment automation within AWS or Azure environments.Python development experience.Experience with front-end frameworks such as Material-UI or Styled Components.Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.Mobile and responsive design experience, including native application development.Why OspreyWe offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with challenge and opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to a stimulating, fast-paced environment.
