They lead development teams| enforce best practices| perform code reviews| and act as the subject matter expert for CRM initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Design Translate complex business needs into technical designs| including data modelling| system architecture| and integration with external systems via API middleware.Development Technical Leadership Architect and develop customizations (Apex| LWC| Visualforce) while guiding developers on best practices to ensure security and performance.Code Review Quality Assurance Review code| maintain coding standards| and ensure technical documentation is accurate to prevent technical debt.Mentorship Mentor junior developers on technical skills| development processes| and Salesforce ecosystem trends.DevOps Deployment Manage technical lifecycles| including CICD processes| deployment pipelines| and environment management.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience| including prior lead or mentorship roles.Technical Skills Expert knowledge of Apex| Lightning Web Components (LWC)| Salesforce APIs| and Salesforce platform automation tools (Flow).Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer III and Developer Architect-level certifications are strongly preferred.Soft Skills:Strong communication| leadership| problem-solving| and ability to manage stakeholders in an Agile environment.Integration Experience integrating Salesforce with backend systems using RESTSOAP APIsEducation: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
