Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Director of Kitchen Remodeling Sales & Operations Position Summary Bray & Scarff is seeking a high-caliber Director of Kitchen Remodeling Sales & Operations to lead, scale, and optimize our remodeling division. Reporting to the EVP of Sales, this role has complete P&L and operational oversight. You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the division—from the first design consultation to the final walkthrough. We are looking for a “Player/Coach” who can inspire a design team to hit margin goals while ensuring field operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Sales & Talent Leadership Drive Revenue & Margins: Act as a goal-oriented motivator for the sales team, ensuring the division hits growth targets without sacrificing profitability. Player/Coach Mentality: This isn’t a desk job, it requires getting into the showrooms to help the Design team close projects and refine their sales approach. Design Expertise: Utilize your 2020 Design proficiency to mentor staff and ensure technical accuracy in project planning. Full-Cycle HR: Lead the charge in hiring, training, and developing a premier team of designers and project managers. Operational Excellence Field Oversight: Direct all field operations, providing high-level supervision to Project Managers, installation teams, and subcontractors. Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee remodeling projects from contract execution through final completion, ensuring every job stays on schedule. Customer Advocacy: Act as the final point of escalation for customer issue resolution, maintaining Bray & Scarff’s reputation for high satisfaction. Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage the remodeling supply chain to ensure materials and products are staged and delivered efficiently. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in the Kitchen & Bath industry. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 5+ years of hands‑on experience with 2020 Design software. Strong HR & Leadership Skills: Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and counsel a diverse team. Operational Expertise: Skilled in all aspects of field operations, including subcontractor oversight and project management. Workplace Environment & Physical Requirements Hybrid Environment: A combination of office, showroom, warehouse, and active job site environments. Travel: Occasional travel to job sites, vendor facilities, and various company locations.
