Travel & Entertainment Expense Operations Analyst - Remote

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Travel & Entertainment Expense Operations Analyst for a Remote position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in New York, NY. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.The candidate will join a dynamic Finance team, responsible for the full-cycle Travel & Entertainment (T&E) process. This role involves auditing expense reports for policy adherence, maintaining corporate credit cards, and providing excellent customer service to employees regarding expense-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to handle a heavy workflow with a high level of accuracy.Responsibilities:Audit employee expense reports online for accuracy and compliance with the T&E policyManage corporate credit card accountsInvestigate and resolve T&E related issues or queries in a prompt and professional mannerMine and analyze data to develop management reportsProvide excellent customer service to employees and other partiesExecute established ad hoc processes with attention to detailAnalyze procedures and recommend improvements to create greater efficiency and productivityDemonstrate active engagement in meetings with thoughtful questions and raising critical issues for discussionRequirements:Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance disciplineProficiency with Microsoft Office software suiteDiligence and strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interact well with diverse levels of employees and provide superior customer serviceAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing organizationAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsDesired skills:Experience with Workday finance modules2-3 years of experience in Expense Management, Finance, Collections, or OperationsPay range: $10.63 - $20.63 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!Aptask Global Workforce (AGW)ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is a certified Minority and Veteran workforce solutions company.
