Accountant

PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client is seeking an experienced and professional Accountant who can manage the full cycle accounting, analyze and report on company's financial records. Responsibilities:Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance. Create profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements to present the necessary information to the management. Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries. Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries. Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. Maintains historical records by filing documents. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Calculating taxes and submitting tax returns to comply with the law.
