Title: Teaching AssistantLocation: Pendleton, IN 46064Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PMWork Arrangement: 100% OnsiteJob Details:We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support the Education Department. This position assists with classroom instruction, supervises students in the absence of the teacher, and helps create a positive learning environment.Responsibilities:Supervise students and maintain classroom orderMonitor attendance, behavior, and assignment completionAssist students with classroom activities and courseworkSupport teachers in implementing lesson plansMaintain accurate records and reportsParticipate in staff meetings and training programsCollaborate with educational staff to support student successRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to support classroom instruction and student learningAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with students in an educational settingSubstitute Teaching Permit (or willingness to obtain one after hire)
