The Superintendent will oversee and manage daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This includes coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and resolving on-site challenges. Additionally, the Superintendent will maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and support the implementation of project plans to ensure successful execution. Qualifications Proven knowledge of construction management, site supervision, and project schedulingAbility to monitor safety practices and enforce compliance with all relevant safety regulationsExperience managing subcontractors, coordinating teams, and resolving on-site issuesStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to interact effectively with diverse project stakeholdersFamiliarity with construction software tools and basic proficiency in applicable technology platformsProficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical documents, and specificationsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus3+ years of work experience in a similar role within construction managementRelevant certifications such as OSHA, First Aid, or other construction-related credentials are advantageous
