Our state-of-the-art Hawaii headquarters in Kapolei was completed in 2008 and upgraded with full solar power in 2022, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to the Hawaii community.Our Night Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities on the night shift to ensure that we are always properly filling orders for customer accounts and that all items ordered are received. The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, shift start at approximately 4:00 PM until job completion (will vary due to business needs).Pay/BenefitsThe expected pay range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 annual salary, depending on experience. Other benefits for eligible team members include 401(k) with an employer match, short term disability coverage, company-paid long term disability insurance, generous paid time off (PTO) plans and paid parental leave.Job Duties:Schedule order selection and replenishment accordinglyHire and train selection and replenishment personnelManage and develop night shift personnelMaintain quality standards for order selectionEmployee time reporting oversight/approvalsMaintain all safety activities for the night shiftManage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe mannerMaintains warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededOther warehouse duties and activities as assignedRequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred3+ years of previous management experience in warehouse/distribution environmentExperience and knowledge with applicable federal regulations pertaining to the company's business operations including OSHAStrong computer and technology skillsStrong organizational skills, versatility, ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skillsAbility to work as a team memberMust be flexible to work multiple shiftsTime Type: Full time
