Rooted in a strong in‑store experience, our ecommerce business is an extension of our merchandising vision connecting product, storytelling, and service across digital and physical touchpoints.Hirshleifers is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to support daily site execution and merchandising on Hirshleifers.com. This in‑office role works closely with leadership and the buying team and requires hands‑on access to product in-store to ensure accuracy, strong storytelling, and alignment between online and in-store merchandising.Key ResponsibilitiesPublish new products and collections to Shopify using the Hirshleifers Business SystemReview product images and confirm materials, details, and fit via designer sites or in-store reviewWrite accurate, engaging product descriptions and titlesAssign product attributes (color, size chart, country of origin, etc.)Publish collections on approved release dates; coordinate men’s sneaker launchesAssign cross-sells and manage max-order quantity controlsMerchandise Shopify collections to highlight newness, priority styles, and align with in-store presentationPartner with buying team and internal developer to resolve product setup issuesReview and resolve customer service tickets in Gorgias related to product or site issuesConduct website testing and coordinate fixes with developersAnalyze site traffic, SEO, search, and sales performance to provide insights to buying and marketingBenchmark competitors and recommend merchandising or content optimizationsQualifications3–4 years ecommerce experience preferredShopify experience requiredStrong writing, attention to detail, and organizational skillsInterest in luxury fashion and merchandisingComfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment
