The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate.ResponsibilitiesInspect hotel properties and services to ensure compliance with established standardsDocument findings and provide feedback to hotel leadership and staffIdentify and report any health and safety risks or violationsMonitor hotel operations and make recommendations for improvementProvide training and guidance to hotel staff on quality assuranceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practicesDevelop and implement quality assurance protocolsAnalyze feedback from customer surveys and adjust quality assurance protocols accordinglyAct as a liaison between hotel leadership, staff, and guests when necessaryComplete other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in related fieldKnowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocolsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods of timeExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsBenefits401k, after a measurement periodPaid time offHealth, life, vision, and dental insurance
