Job Summary We’re hiring a Pool Technician to maintain, clean, and diagnose residential and commercial swimming pools. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, mechanical skills, and a great attitude. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Clean and maintain swimming pools on assigned routes. Test and balance water chemistry using provided tools. Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators for performance issues. Report and assist in basic repairs or part replacements. Keep accurate records of each visit and customer notes. Follow company safety procedures when handling pool chemicals. Communicate professionally with customers and teammates. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must qualify for company insurance). Previous experience in pool service, plumbing, or maintenance is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather. Able to lift 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication.
