Key ResponsibilitiesComprehensive Women's Health Services: Provide high-quality, patient-centered OB-GYN care, including prenatal care, delivery, postpartum care, gynecologic exams, and preventive care. Diagnostic Excellence: Perform thorough assessments, including physical exams, diagnostic tests, and imaging, to develop and implement tailored treatment plans for complex and common health conditions. Collaborative Care: Work in partnership with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to care team members. Community Engagement: Participate in outreach initiatives to educate and empower women on their health. Advocate for the well-being of underserved populations. Continuity of Care: Ensure access to continuous care by providing hospital-based OB coverage and after-hours on-call services on a rotational basis. Quality Improvement: Contribute to evidence-based practice by engaging in peer reviews, protocol development, and quality improvement initiatives. Evaluate and enhance clinical approaches to improve patient outcomes. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Adhere to all state, federal, and organizational policies and guidelines. Salary and BenefitsCompensation: The annual salary range for this position is $175,000.00 to $250,000.00, based on experience and qualifications. This range represents the potential compensation for the role based on experience, tenure, and performance over time. Most new employees can expect an initial offer within the lower portion of the range, reflecting factors such as prior experience, internal equity, and organizational budget. Salary progression is evaluated regularly to support professional growth and retention.
