Hiring job description We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and experienced couple (2 people) to operate a 30 room motel. We look forward to speaking with you soon! PRIOR HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE preferred. This position requires strong communication skills. This is a full-time live-in year round position. The ideal couple applicant has customer service experience, a willingness to learn, computer skills, ability to multi-task, self-motivated, detail oriented and willing and able to perform maintenance tasks. Both couple's are required to work at the property and both must complete duties including, but are not limited to: guest relations, reservations, housekeeping, laundry, and repair/fixes which occur on a regular basis at the property. Applicants must have the ability to handle all aspects of daily operations, to include front desk duties, handling guest issues with tact and composure, housekeeping and maintaining a clean motel. Collectively both couple's are required to fulfill these requirements. This position requires a structured lifestyle geared to guest hospitality and understanding the work load changes daily according to guest traffic and guest needs. You MUST be self starters capable of multi-tasking and independently planning the work for the day for yourselves as well as any scheduled employees.
