Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is all about outbound calling, booking service appointments, and growing our membership program. You'll be calling past and current customers never cold leads with a focus on maximizing booked calls and revenue opportunities. Success in this role means hitting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding booking quotas. Strong persuasion and communication skills with a confident phone presence. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive mindset. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Home services industry experience is a plus but not required.
