Busy and established Interventional Pain practice in Florida is hiring another fellowship trained provider. Seeking physicians who are comfortable with a wide range of outpatient Interventional Pain procedures. Qualified candidates must be ACGME accredited and have completed a fellowship in pain management. Physician will work 3 days per week in Gainesville and 2 days per week in Lake City, FL. There is a procedure suite at both locations and ASC access in Gainesville. Practice details include:Year 1: $350,000 base salary or 30% of professional collectionsYear 2: 30% of professional collections3 weeks of vacation + 8 paid holidaysMalpractice Coverage20% of ASC Collections beginning in year 115% of Advance Practitioner Providers beginning in year 1Sign on bonus-$25,000Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient onlyCME up to 1 week and $2,000 available401K with employer match up to 4%
