Job Description
The Contractor provides integrated administrative, clerical, logistical, financial, and organizational analytical support to the Navy DSRC mission. This role supports daily operations, financial management, travel processing, program documentation, reporting, and organizational effectiveness within a Navy/DoD environment.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience performing similar administrative, analytical, or financial support work5+ years of financial/budget analysis experience (for financial duties)Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI background checkProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and government/DoD MIS systemsExperience working on classified and unclassified systemsStrong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentKey ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Travel SupportReceive, document, and route incoming calls across multiple officesPrepare, distribute, and manage correspondence and communicationsCoordinate official travel, including:DTS travel authorizations and vouchersTravel status tracking and approval notificationsSupport for approximately 20 travel events per monthReview administrative directives and assist with implementation planningClerical & Program SupportPrepare, edit, organize, and maintain program documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Conduct data analysis on program documentation and fiscal dataTrack taskers, suspenses, and data callsMaintain internal tracking of program fiscal data, procurements, invoices, and purchase requestsSupport approximately 20 program documents weekly and 15 data calls monthlyLogistical SupportMaintain shared calendars and document scheduled meetingsCoordinate meeting logistics and setupSupport approximately 20–30 meetings per weekFinancial & Budget AnalysisProvide financial analytical support for approximately six budget areasEnter, track, and maintain financial data for budgets, obligations, expenditures, appropriations, and purchase requestsMaintain historical forecasting data and expenditure trendsReview project funding to monitor balances, expenditure rates, and cost driversGenerate recurring and specialized financial reportsSupport monthly financial status and project health reportsParticipate in quarterly budget reviews and provide data clarificationsIdentify and document discrepancies impacting cost, schedule, or performanceOrganizational AnalysisSupport bi‑weekly corporate data callsConduct monthly audits of forecasting objectives and external customer billingReview Navy DSRC and HPCMP policies and proceduresAssist with development and execution of implementation plans to improve mission effectivenessDesired ExperiencePrior Navy, DoD, or Federal support experienceFinancial audits, forecasting, or compliance reporting experienceAbility to work independently and across multiple officesJob Posted by ApplicantPro
