POSITION SUMMARY:As an Account Manager at True Grace, you will play a key role in expanding our brand presence within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with retail partners, and promoting True Grace’s products with integrity and passion. Your entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a deep commitment to health and wellness, will enable you to succeed in this role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:SALES & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, health professionals, and key accounts in your territory.TERRITORY GROWTH: Identify opportunities to increase market share and meet sales targets by expanding product placements, ensuring product visibility, and educating retailers about True Grace’s unique value proposition.PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Serve as a True Grace product expert, delivering presentations, training sessions, and in-store demos to enhance awareness of our brand and products.STRATEGIC PLANNING: Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies in collaboration with our internal sales and marketing teams to drive overall growth.REPORTING & ANALYSIS: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Serve as the first point of contact for retailers, resolving any issues, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of products. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the health and wellness or natural products industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.Passionate about health, wellness, and sustainability.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
